SH-110, TEXAS — State Highway 110 is completely closed in both the northbound and southbound directions between FM-2964 and Loop 323 (Mile Marker 314) following a serious traffic accident. The incident has resulted in downed power lines across the roadway, creating a major hazard that has halted all through-traffic.
Emergency services and utility crews are actively on scene to secure the electrical lines and clear the collision site. Traffic management teams have instituted detours around the affected stretch to redirect approaching vehicles.
According to TxDOT, the closure is expected to last until approximately 7:30 a.m. Heavy traffic delays are anticipated in the vicinity throughout the morning commute hours while utility repairs proceed.
