NORTHBOUND US-287, TEXAS — The left lane of northbound US-287 is currently closed near State Highway 25 due to a traffic crash reported early Thursday morning. The lane blockage extends from approximately 0.23 miles west of SH-25 to 0.32 miles east of the interchange near mile marker 316.
Emergency response and highway clearance teams are active on site working to clear the roadway and secure the scene. No official detours have been implemented, but travel is restricted to the remaining open lanes through the immediate collision zone.
TxDOT officials project that clearance operations will continue until approximately 9:00 a.m. as crews work to fully restore normal traffic flow.
