WESTBOUND I-20, TEXAS — A traffic crash near mile marker 125 has forced the closure of westbound Interstate 20 between FM 1788 and Loop 338. All westbound mainlane traffic is currently being diverted onto the North Frontage Road at FM 1788, with impacts extending from mile marker 127 to mile marker 120.
Emergency responders and maintenance personnel are actively working the scene to manage the detour and clear the roadway. Westbound travel lanes remain inaccessible while crews handle the incident.
TxDOT projects that the crash will be cleared and lanes reopened by approximately 10:30 a.m.
