NORTHBOUND SH-121, TEXAS — A full ramp closure has been scheduled on northbound State Highway 121 (Airport Freeway) near Mile Marker 296 in Tarrant County. The entrance ramp connecting Bedford Euless Road (FM-3029) to the eastbound SH 121/183 TEXpress lanes will be completely shut down to traffic.
Traffic management crews have implemented a detour route to maintain mobility through the corridor. Motorists seeking to travel eastbound will be directed to continue using the SH-121 general purpose mainlanes throughout the duration of the work.
The overnight closure is scheduled to take effect starting at 9:00 PM on October 27, 2026, with an estimated reopening time of 5:00 AM on October 28, 2026.
Commercial truck drivers and dispatchers should account for the ramp shutdown and expect minor merging slowdowns when transitioning to the general lanes. We will update this report if road conditions change or if TxDOT extends closure operations.
