SOUTHBOUND SH-121, TEXAS — All lanes of the westbound and southbound SH-121 TEXpress corridor are scheduled for full overnight closures from 0.24 miles east of SH-183 to north of Interstate 820. The nightly shutdown covers Mile Markers 0292 through 0296, completely closing the managed toll lanes from Main Street to Texas Boulevard 26.
General-purpose main lanes remain unaffected by the operation. Roadway crews and traffic management teams will maintain traffic flow by diverting all corridor traffic into the adjacent general-purpose freeway lanes throughout the closures.
The nighttime operations are scheduled to begin at 9:00 p.m. on October 27, 2026, with recurring overnight closures running through 5:00 a.m. on October 30, 2026. Lanes will reopen for daytime traffic outside of these scheduled nightly work windows.
Motor carriers and local dispatchers should account for localized slowdowns around toll diversion points and plan for lane shifts through this section of Tarrant County. We will update this report as new information becomes available.
