WESTBOUND SH-302, TEXAS — The entrance ramp to westbound State Highway 302 (West Loop 338) is closed following a traffic incident reported Sunday afternoon. The closure is positioned at Mile Marker 270, extending from 26 feet north of Loop 338 to approximately 0.19 miles north of Interstate 20.
Traffic management crews and emergency responders are on site securing the area and directing traffic around the closed ramp. Mainlane travel along westbound SH-302 remains open, though ramp access is completely blocked.
Texas Department of Transportation officials anticipate clearance operations to conclude by approximately 8:45 p.m. local time, at which point normal ramp access should be restored.
