FM-933, TEXAS — Both northbound and southbound lanes of FM-933 are completely closed from just west of FM-67 to south of SH-174 (mile markers 310 to 308) due to construction work. The entire roadway is blocked to through traffic.
Crews are currently performing railroad crossing repairs along the corridor. TxDOT and maintenance personnel have shut down all travel lanes and deployed marked detour routes to guide motorists around the active work zone.
The roadway closure commenced at 5:00 a.m. on November 6, 2026, with repair operations projected to wrap up by approximately 5:00 p.m. the same day.
Truck drivers, dispatchers, and local motorists should follow posted detour signage and plan for alternate routing to prevent transit delays. We will update this report as conditions change or TxDOT announces the lane reopening.
