FM-2407, TEXAS — Both northbound and southbound lanes of FM-2407 are closed between 90 feet north of US-380 and 206 feet east of SH-6 (mile markers 0414 to 0408) due to roadway damage. Officials have designated the corridor closed to restricted traffic only.
Texas Department of Transportation personnel have restricted access to the stretch to allow crews to assess and address the infrastructure damage. There are currently no official detours posted for the corridor.
The closure took effect on September 30, 2026, and repairs are estimated to keep the roadway restricted until December 31, 2026, at approximately 7:00 PM.
Commercial drivers and dispatchers are advised to map alternate routes around the closure zone to avoid delays. We will update this report as TxDOT provides new information.
