NORTHBOUND US-75, TEXAS — The northbound US-75 exit ramp to Loy Lake Road is permanently closed due to construction operations near mile marker 200, just north of Spur 503. In addition to the permanent ramp closure, the right mainlane of northbound US-75 is subject to overnight closures while crews secure the work zone.
TxDOT has established an active detour for all traffic seeking access to Loy Lake Road. Motorists are directed to continue northbound, exit at Crawford, and use the U-turn to return southbound toward Loy Lake Road. Permanent access will be re-established later in the project via the US-75 northbound exit to Spur 503.
While mainlane lane restrictions are limited to night work, the overall interchange construction project is scheduled to remain active with an estimated completion date of June 11, 2027.
Commercial drivers and dispatchers should adjust routing through Grayson County to account for the ramp closure and watch for overnight work crews. We will update this report as TxDOT releases further traffic advisories or project updates.
