EASTBOUND I-10, TEXAS — A full nightly closure of all eastbound Interstate 10 main lanes is underway between Rio Nogales Drive and State Highway 123, spanning mile marker 608 to mile marker 610, due to active road construction.
TxDOT crews have shut down the main travel lanes and established a mandatory detour directing all eastbound traffic onto the adjacent frontage road. Motorists should anticipate notable delays through the work zone.
This nighttime operation begins each evening at 9:00 PM and concludes daily at 5:00 AM. The recurring closures are projected to conclude on October 31, 2026, at approximately 5:00 AM.
