FM-2348, TEXAS — All northbound and southbound main lanes on FM-2348 are completely shut down due to roadway construction. The closure spans from 5 feet north of SH-49 to 0.34 miles north of FM-4000 at mile marker 238.
Work crews have closed the entire roadway to conduct construction operations. Traffic management has implemented a marked detour, and all drivers—including commercial freight haulers—must follow posted signage to navigate around the work zone.
TxDOT reports the project began on June 22, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. and is currently projected to continue through December 21, 2026, at approximately 5:00 p.m.
Drivers and freight dispatchers are advised to plan alternative routes and allow additional travel time when navigating the designated detour route. We will update this report as new information becomes available.
