SANGER, Texas - Early morning commuters along Interstate 35 faced major delays Thursday after a jackknifed 18-wheeler blocked all northbound lanes near Sanger.
The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) reported that lanes were shut down shortly after 5:00 a.m. Live traffic cameras in the area captured the semi-truck stretched sideways across the highway, completely halting northbound traffic.
Emergency response crews worked quickly to clear the scene, successfully removing the vehicle and reopening all lanes by 6:30 a.m. Authorities have not yet released details regarding what caused the driver to lose control or whether any injuries occurred.
