NORTHBOUND SH-6, TEXAS — A major traffic incident has disrupted travel on northbound SH-6 near Mile Marker 594, just north of Business SH-6. The incident was reported at approximately 10:36 a.m. and is currently restricting normal travel through the corridor.
Roadway crews and flag personnel are actively managing the scene and directing traffic through the work zone. Drivers should watch for on-site flaggers and be prepared for localized congestion and sudden stops.
TxDOT estimates that clearance and response operations will continue until approximately 12:30 p.m. While no formal detour has been put in place, motorists should anticipate travel delays.
