WESTBOUND US 84, TEXAS — A traffic incident has forced the closure of the westbound shoulder along US-84 in Scurry County on Saturday morning. The restriction spans from mile marker 392 to mile marker 390, located roughly one to three miles south of FM-612.
Emergency responders and maintenance crews are on-site actively managing the scene. While main travel lanes remain open without formal detours, drivers are instructed to slow down and move over to give crews adequate clearance.
TxDOT reports that clearance operations are projected to last until approximately 11:00 a.m. Traffic approaching the area should prepare for localized delays through the work zone.
