BUSINESS US 67, TEXAS — Both northbound and southbound lanes of Business US-67K are experiencing severe traffic delays and active detours due to slow-moving road repair operations. The impacted zone extends from 116 feet north of FM-219 to 0.36 miles south of SH-6 at mile marker 522.
TxDOT road crews are actively performing striping operations across the corridor. Official detours are currently posted to direct traffic around the moving work zone, and drivers are warned to remain alert and be prepared to stop.
Work commenced on November 2, 2026, and operations are currently projected to conclude by November 13, 2026, at approximately 5:00 PM. Motorists should anticipate recurring slow-downs and lane restrictions throughout this operational window.
