NORTHBOUND I-410, TEXAS — All northbound main lanes on Interstate 410 are closed at Southcross Boulevard following a major collision. The crash occurred around 11:53 a.m. near mile marker 38, approximately one mile north of Spur 117, halting all mainline traffic.
Emergency response teams and clearance crews are actively working at the scene to manage the wreckage and clear debris. Active detours have been established to route traffic off the highway and around the blocked corridor.
TxDOT anticipates that clearance operations will continue until approximately 3:00 p.m. Motorists traveling through Bexar County should anticipate severe travel delays along this stretch of the loop.
