SOUTHBOUND SH-121, TEXAS — The entrance ramp connecting southbound SH-121 (Airport Freeway) to the westbound SH-121/183 TEXpress lanes is closed near mile marker 292 at the SH-183 interchange. The closure affects access to the managed toll lanes just east and west of the junction.
Traffic crews have established a detour to maintain vehicle movement around the closure. Motorists traveling southbound will be routed to use the adjacent general-purpose lanes to continue their routes.
The overnight closure is set to remain in place until approximately 6:30 AM on October 31, 2026, at which point the entrance ramp is scheduled to reopen to normal traffic.
Commercial drivers and dispatchers should plan for the toll lane restriction and adjust routing through the corridor accordingly. We will update this report as TxDOT provides new information.
