WESTBOUND US-380, TEXAS — All westbound lanes of US-380 (W. University Drive) and Bonnie Brae Street are closed just east of Interstate 35 for scheduled traffic signal replacement. The closure affects the roadway from Mile Marker 0604 to Mile Marker 0606, roughly three-quarters of a mile east of I-35.
Road maintenance crews are on-site performing overnight electrical and signal work. Multiple lane closures are actively in effect, and a signed detour is guiding drivers around the work zone.
The night work is scheduled to wrap up and lanes are expected to reopen by 5:00 a.m. on October 31, 2026.
Motorists and commercial truck drivers are advised to slow down, watch for highway workers, and follow all posted detour signs. We will update this report as new information becomes available.
