SH-151 AT POTRANCO ROAD, TEXAS — The Texas Department of Transportation has instituted scheduled daytime closures on both the westbound-to-eastbound and eastbound-to-westbound turnarounds on SH-151 at FM-1957 (Potranco Road). The main travel lanes on SH-151 are unaffected, with closures restricted to the turnaround structures around mile marker 0482.
Traffic management personnel have deployed a marked detour to guide vehicles around the affected turnaround points. Motorists requiring a directional change along this corridor must follow the posted detour signage.
The daytime closures took effect at 9:00 AM on October 26, 2026, and are scheduled to remain active daily until approximately 3:00 PM on November 6, 2026.
