EASTBOUND SH-183, TEXAS — All eastbound lanes of the SH-183 (Airport Freeway) TEXpress corridor are closed from the Texas Boulevard 26 exit ramp to Industrial Boulevard (FM 157). The general-purpose main lanes remain open and are not affected by this closure.
Traffic management crews have implemented a detour directing all eastbound toll lane traffic back into the general-purpose main lanes. Signage and channelizing devices are in place to facilitate the merge.
The overnight closure began at 9:00 PM on November 5, 2026, and is scheduled to conclude with all lanes reopened by 5:00 AM on November 6, 2026.
Motorists and commercial fleet operators should account for increased volume in the general-purpose lanes and exercise caution near transition points. We will update this report as new information becomes available.
