EASTBOUND I-820, TEXAS — All eastbound I-820/SH 121/SH 183 TEXpress lanes will be fully closed overnight between mile markers 21 and 23 in Tarrant County. The closure extends from approximately 1.3 miles west of SH-26 at the Texas Blvd 26 exit ramp to Industrial Boulevard (FM 157).
General purpose main lanes are not affected and will remain open to accommodate through traffic. Detour routes and signage are in place to direct motorists through the standard lanes.
The nighttime closure is scheduled to begin at 9:00 PM on November 5, 2026, with all lanes expected to reopen by 5:00 AM on November 6, 2026.
Motorists and commercial drivers should stay alert for construction signage and merge into the general purpose lanes prior to the closure zone. We will update this report as new information becomes available.
