SOUTHBOUND RM-2322, TEXAS — A major roadway disruption has forced the complete closure of the southbound main lanes on RM-2322. The closure spans from 1.28 miles east of SH-71 to 1.77 miles east of SH-71, affecting the corridor between mile markers 0436 and 0434.
Emergency response and maintenance crews are on site managing the scene. Because no official detour has been established, transportation officials strongly advise all traffic to seek alternate routes around the restricted area.
TxDOT estimates that operations will continue throughout the day, with the roadway tentatively expected to reopen around 4:30 PM.
