EAST AND WESTBOUND FM-1325, TEXAS — Severe ice and snow accumulation has led to significant delays and active detours across both directions of FM-1325. The disruption extends from 0.382 miles north of Burnet Road to 0.659 miles south of Loop 1, between mile markers 0434 and 0432.
Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) crews are on scene actively patrolling, plowing, and applying treatment to slick surfaces. Bridges and overpasses within this corridor are especially hazardous due to heavy icing, prompting authorities to divert traffic onto designated alternate routes.
TxDOT currently projects this weather-related response and monitoring operation to extend through April 22, 2027, at approximately 5:45 p.m., depending on prevailing conditions and roadway safety evaluations.
Motorists and freight dispatchers are strongly urged to utilize alternate corridors and exercise extreme caution if travel through the area is unavoidable. We will update this report as conditions develop and TxDOT releases additional information.
