NORTHBOUND PARK ROAD 3, TEXAS — The Texas Department of Transportation has reported the full closure of the northbound main lanes on Park Road 3 (PR 0003) near Mile Marker 164. The shutdown affects the corridor between 0.2 miles west of PR 0003A and 787 feet west of PR 0003A.
Crews are currently on-site conducting a planned system test across the active travel lanes. No official detour has been established, and traffic is currently proceeding without widespread secondary delays.
TxDOT estimates the operation will conclude quickly, with lanes expected to reopen to all standard traffic by approximately 11:00 a.m.
