SOUTHBOUND SH-121, TEXAS — The left general-purpose lane of southbound SH-121 (Airport Freeway) is closed from near FM-3029 (Precinct Line Road) to just north of the I-820 interchange. The closure impacts traffic at Mile Marker 296.
Traffic management personnel have deployed active detours around the restriction to guide drivers through the corridor. Crews remain on-site managing the work zone and interchange approach.
The lane closure began at 8:00 PM on October 30, 2026, and is scheduled to remain in effect until approximately 10:00 AM on October 31, 2026.
Commercial truck drivers and dispatchers traveling toward Fort Worth should account for the merge point and utilize designated detour routes. We will update this report as TxDOT confirms lane reopening.
