WESTBOUND US 290, TEXAS — The westbound US-290 mainlane exit ramp to Scenic Brook is closed due to scheduled overnight roadwork just west of RM-1826 at mile marker 568. The closure fully blocks access to the Scenic Brook exit for all westbound traffic.
Work crews are on site conducting work zone safety installations and pavement painting operations. A detour has been implemented to direct motorists around the closed exit, and drivers should anticipate delays through the corridor.
The nightly ramp closure is scheduled between 8:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., with all operations expected to wrap up by 6:00 a.m. on November 5, 2026.
