WESTBOUND I-30, TEXAS — The westbound Interstate 30 collector-distributor ramp connecting from I-45/US-75 to I-35E (Exit 45) is closed at the Ervay Street split. The closure impacts travel between mile marker 47 and mile marker 46, restricting westbound access toward Denton and Waco during overnight hours.
TxDOT crews have marked the ramp closure and established active detour routes to navigate commercial and passenger traffic around the work zone. No mainline delays are currently reported on I-30, but motorists must follow posted detour signage.
Work began on the night of November 2, 2026, and is scheduled to operate as a nightly-only closure until the project window concludes on November 9, 2026, at approximately 5:00 AM.
Commercial truck drivers and dispatchers routing through downtown Dallas should plan alternate connections between I-30 and I-35E during overnight hours. We will update this report as new information becomes available.
