WESTBOUND I-30, TEXAS — The westbound Canton Street entrance ramp connecting to the westbound Interstate 30 collector-distributor lanes is closed near mile marker 46, just east of Interstate 35E. The closure affects the entrance ramp only and is enforced during overnight hours.
Traffic management personnel have implemented active detours to route motorists and commercial vehicles around the closed ramp. While no major mainline highway delays have been reported, drivers should expect localized congestion on connecting access roads.
These nighttime operations are scheduled to continue nightly until approximately 5:00 a.m. on November 9, 2026. The ramp will be reopened daily outside of scheduled overnight work hours.
Truck drivers and fleet dispatchers moving through this corridor should adjust routes and follow all posted detour signs. We will update this report as TxDOT provides new information.
