SOUTHBOUND I-410, TEXAS — A complete closure is in effect on the southbound Interstate 35 connector ramp and the entrance ramp to southbound Interstate 410 near Mile Marker 31 in Bexar County. The closure limits extend from 148 feet north of I-35 to 0.35 miles south of the interchange to accommodate overnight structural beam repair work.
TxDOT maintenance crews are actively working on-site, and full detour routes have been marked to divert traffic around the closed connector and entrance ramps. Significant delays are expected for vehicles traveling through the interchange during the maintenance operation.
The overnight closure began at 9:00 PM on October 29 and is estimated to reopen by 5:00 AM on October 30. Work is restricted to nighttime hours only to minimize disruption to peak regional traffic.
Commercial truck drivers and dispatchers navigating this corridor should account for delays and follow all posted detour signs. We will update this report as TxDOT provides new information or if closure times are adjusted.
